Tomato Raita Method 2

Ingredients
Tomato 1 big a a few small ones washed and chopped
Yogurt 2 cups
Curry leaves a few
Mustard 1/4 t.spoon
Hing a small pinch
Green chillies chopped 2-3
Cooking Oil 1.5 t.spoon
Cilantro a small bunch washed and finely chopped
Salt 1/2 t.spoon


Method
Fry mustard, hing, curry leaves, green chillies, and tomato in
oil for 5-10 minutes.
Add salt, green chillies and mix this with yogurt.
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
